Soak City Water Park

Knott’s Soak City is a seasonal water park located in Buena Park, California. It was originally the name of two water parks in Southern California. SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment and CNL Lifestyle Properties bought the water park name in 2013. The theme park is located in the historic Knott’s Canyon Ranch and features water slides, lazy rivers, and interactive play areas for children.

Tidal Wave Bay

The Tidal Wave Bay in Soak City offers thrills for the whole family. The 750,000-gallon wave pool is one of the most exciting features at the park. If the water park is not exciting enough, guests can always enjoy a family-friendly lazy river and interactive kid’s area. The park also offers 200 water guns.

Soak City is adjacent to Knott’s Berry Farm and features 23 slides and the 750,000-gallon Tidal Wave Bay wave pool. It also has a one-third mile-long Sunset River, three-story Beach House, and 200 water guns. Banzai Falls, a head-first ride, is another popular attraction.

18 speed, tube, and body slides

At the Soak City, you can choose from 18 different speed, tube, and body slides. You can also take a ride on the seventy thousand gallon wave pool. The water park also offers a one-third mile lazy river. Each slide has a weight limit of 300 pounds and provides plenty of opportunity for water play.

Soak City offers a variety of thrill rides for guests of all ages. The park is geared toward families with a variety of attractions, including a lazy river and three-story Beach House. There are also over 200 water guns and interactive water play. Some of the rides are especially exciting. For instance, the Aqua Launch features four tubes, each releasing you into the water with a twisting journey to the bottom. Other attractions include two flumes and an interactive kids area.

Private cabanas

Soak City is located at 8039 Beach Blvd. in Buena Park, California. You can rent private cabanas for up to eight people and enjoy the sun while you unwind. Each cabana features a table and umbrella, complimentary tube rental, and waiter service. Cabanas are ideal for people who want to avoid the heat of the day. They are not completely safe, but the property is monitored by security at all times.

To rent a private cabana in Soak City, you can rent one of the three available locations. Each cabana has a tented private area, four chairs and a table. In addition, you can rent inner tubes to float around the park. The cabanas also include waiter service, food, and drinks.

Shaded areas

At Soak City, there are several shaded areas to relax under. While there are free lounge chairs in the park, there are also areas where visitors can bring their own umbrellas or shade structures. Private cabanas are also available. However, they should be reserved for parties larger than three.

Food and drink are also available within Soak City, at the Longboards Grill and Longboards Cafe. The Longboards Cafe serves burgers, chicken fingers, fish and chips, and deli sandwiches. There is also limited patio seating available, but a full dining area is available under canvas sun shades.
